Built in 1928, Bronxville Chateau received a Certificate of Occupancy in 1929. This eight-story building opened for business in the 1930’s as an apartment/hotel residence which included a restaurant and a full-service garage.
In 1980 the building became co-op and now is 100% owned by the shareholders. There are 71 units ranging from one room efficiency studios to two story duplexes with private roof decks.
